Which organisations work with MapsTell?
Around 5,000 organisations work with The World of Difference. They include Hilton (with GameChangers), Hans Anders (part of nexeye), football club De Graafschap and High Point University in the United States. Worldwide, 1,000+ certified Guides in 20 countries work with the method.
Is MapsTell only used in teams?
No. At De Graafschap it is used mainly one-to-one, in individual conversations. At Hilton and Hans Anders it sits inside team training and leadership programmes.
Can an organisation certify its own people?
Yes. Hans Anders had five internal trainers certified, which allowed the method to be rolled out in the Netherlands and Belgium and in two languages without bringing someone in for every programme.
Does MapsTell work internationally?
Yes. The products are available in English, Dutch, Spanish, German, French and Italian.
Do I need to be certified myself to work with MapsTell?
Not if you bring in a Guide. If you want to work with participants yourself, certification is needed.
