If you want to use MapsTell regularly, certification is the logical choice. If you need it for a single session or want an outside perspective for the group, you can work with a certified Guide. Even if you only plan to use it for one team day a year, you can still choose certification and keep it in-house.

Do I have to certify, or can I bring in a Guide?
Both are possible. If you want to work with participants yourself, certification is needed. For a one off programme we put you in touch with a certified Guide through the request form.
Does MapsTell deliver training itself?
No. MapsTell develops the method, the tools and the content. The certified Guides, 1,000+ in 20 countries, run sessions and programmes within their own approach.
Can I hire a MapsTell Guide for a session or a programme?
Yes. On the request form you tell us which group it is, what you want to achieve, when it is happening and in which language. We put you in touch with a suitable Guide and you receive a proposal.
Can our organisation have its own people certified?
Yes. Trainers, HR advisers, managers and teachers can certify, so you can plan sessions yourself and use the method in several languages and in several locations. From three participants we deliver the certification in house and tailored to you.
Once certified, am I tied to MapsTell?
You choose how you work with MapsTell. There are different licence options, from occasional use to intensive use, and you can switch every year. We will think along with you about which option fits and include that in your quotation.
How quickly can a Guide be available?
Still to be determined, see the open items. Put a concrete timescale here once the matching process is in place, for example: you receive a proposal within two working days.
What does it cost to become a MapsTell Guide?
The investment consists of a one off amount for the certification, a licence option that suits your practice, and materials on usage. Because that combination differs per practice, we draw up a personal quotation.
