As a Guide you work with the PersonalMap and the Floormap of The World of Difference, with your own clients and within your own approach. You make behaviour and the dynamic between people visible, and let people experience what happens when they take a step.

One certification, delivered entirely online
There is one Guide certification and it covers both individual work and working with teams. The programme combines a self-paced e-learning with live virtual sessions.
You work through the e-learning at your own pace and join the live sessions along the way. That way you build the foundation before you practise, and you can fit the programme around your own work.
The certification is delivered entirely online, so you can take part wherever you are. From three colleagues onwards we can run it as a dedicated group programme, tailored to your organisation.
The teaching principles behind the method
From first conversation to your first session
These are your steps to become a MapsTell certified Guide.
Step 1 - The Discovery Call
Becoming a Guide always starts with a personal introduction. In a video call of about half an hour we get acquainted and look together at how The World of Difference fits your practice, your audience and your ambitions. No heavy intake, but a careful conversation in which you can ask everything you want.
Step 2 - The e-learning
A compact module in which you get to know The World of Difference, PersonalMapping, the map metaphor and the teaching principles. You finish with a short test, so you come to the live sessions prepared.
Step 3 - The live virtual sessions
You stand on the map yourself, practise with concrete exercises and translate everything straight to your own practice. You come away with materials, insights and exercises you can use immediately.
Already certified in another instrument?
Then we build on what you already know and take you deeper into working with The World of Difference. Because the e-learning is self-paced, you move quickly through what is familiar and spend your time on what is new.

World Wise: we help you on your way as a Guide
For the first 90 days after your certification we support you through our World Wise programme, so you deliver your first workshop with The World of Difference as quickly as possible. It starts with the Flying Start Session: a personal walkthrough of your Dashboard and the GuideJourney, so you build up practical
