What exactly is MapsTell?
MapsTell maps behaviour onto a map: The World of Difference. Participants complete a short questionnaire and receive their PersonalMap, a personal profile. A certified Guide uses that map, and often the Floormap of The World of Difference as well, to lead the conversation about behaviour and collaboration.
What makes MapsTell different from a personality test?
With a test, the outcome is the end point, a piece of interpretation. With MapsTell, the profile is the starting point. Not an absolute truth, but a highly efficient way to talk about serious things in an accessible way: the conversation between people, led by a Guide, in which insight is translated into behaviour at work.
What is a PersonalMap?
Your personal map in The World of Difference. There are sixteen, one for every Type. Based on the questionnaire you receive yours, together with a 25 page report. The names of cities, mountains, rivers and seas describe your behavioural preference.
What does it cost?
That depends on your licence choice and the number of PersonalMaps you expect to issue. You request a personal quotation and we draw it up based on your situation.
What does the certification look like?
It is delivered entirely online. You start with a self-paced e-learning that covers The World of Difference, PersonalMapping, the map metaphor and the teaching principles behind the method. Alongside that there are live virtual sessions in which you practise with real cases, work with PersonalMapping and facilitate with the Floormap. You keep access to the GuideJourney afterwards.
